Launching a new team?

Here is some self-help to navigating the settings page to get going.

Having a team on Droplr is great, you can choose what you share and everything else is yours to organize. The differences between our Pro and Enterprise accounts can be found on our site but we will get into how to join a team on this help article.

If you are creating a team for the first time, you will officially be the Admin of the account. The person that controls all the following settings on the team:

You will decide for your team if you want to keep your drops forever, or have them destruct for a set amount of time. Most teams keep their drops forever or for a few months period. Keep in mind if you are embedding drops or pasting them in any media these links will break and be lost forever.

Drop Link Customization:

Here is where you can change your custom domain in place of the standard drop links. Please refer to this guide to set up your custom domain.

Drop Privacy:

Here you can choose on your team account how your drops are viewed.

Tiny URLs - these appear as short links and usually have an 8 character code on the end that is randomized.

Private URLs - these have the 8 character code on the end, plus a password that can be randomly generated to lengthen the link or you can choose a password. To learn more about this password feature, please visit this page.

Drop Theme:

Here is where you can choose the backdrop to your drops, we have two options (light and dark).

Custom Logo:

Lastly, here is where you upload your team logo. This will appear on the top left corner of every drop page.
