You can trim your screen recordings and uploaded videos from your Droplr library.
First, click on the video you wish to trim to open up its location in the cloud. If you have just finished a screen recording, it will automatically open in your browser.
From this window, click the “trim” button in the upper right corner. This will open up a new tab that shows the timeline of the video. Once the timeline finished loading, you can drag red arrows along it to trim from your video.
To trim from the beginning of your video, drag the red arrow on the left side to the spot in the timeline that you want the video to start. To trim from the ending of the video, drag the red arrow on the right side to the spot in the timeline that you want the video to end. At any point, you can press play on your video to make sure that you are placing the arrows in the correct place.
Once you have placed the arrows, click “start trimming” in the upper right corner. If you want to delete your original video, toggle on “delete original drop” next to the button. Once Droplr has finished trimming your video, the newly shortened video will open up in a new tab. To share this video with others, copy and paste its associated short link.
